1、Machine guide rail and slide saddle guide rail are made of hard guide rail of special materials, super hard and wear-resistant by super audio hardening, durable and good processing accuracy.

2、Adopt the ball screw of Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute and Harbin screw bearing.

3、The spindle unit of the machine tool adopts high-stiffness supporting structure, the spindle adopts precision spindle bearing, the front end adopts a double-row roller bearing and a pair of matched angular contact ball bearings as the front support, and the back end adopts a double-row roller bearing as the back support. Ensure the spindle high precision, low noise, strong rigidity, can achieve stepless speed regulation and constant speed cutting, start and stop quickly.

4、Each lubrication point adopts forced automatic lubrication device for fixed point quantitative lubrication of lead screw and guide rail.
